
Meet the Mc2 Team
Blake began his real estate career at The City of Industry Lee & Associates office while earning his bachelor’s degree in Business Management & Marketing from Northern Arizona University. After graduation, Blake relocated back to Arizona and joined the Lee & Associates Arizona research team where he excelled at market research. Blake joined the
Mc2 team in 2021 and through prioritizing client relationships and pounding pavement to attract new business, he quickly paved his path to associate. Blake is acutely aware of market conditions including rental rates and construction costs and has a special focus on building sales and tracking tenant renewals and movements.
Blake is dedicated to fitness and can often be found training for and participating in triathlons around the West Coast.
Jack is a graduate from the University of Minnesota-Duluth where he played football and earned a degree in Communications. He began his career as a Research Analyst at Lee & Associates Phoenix in 2021 and has since progressed to become an Associate with the Mc2 Team in 2024. Jack’s strong work ethic and expertise in landlord/tenant representation, development and sales have made him a valuable asset. His specialization lies in leasing and sales within the Sky Harbor and Southeast Valley submarkets, where his keen understanding of market dynamics enables him to provide clients with insightful and analytic guidance.
When Jack isn’t at the office or in the field, he loves to spend time hiking and being with family and friends.

Macy is a recent graduate of the University of Arizona, where she earned a degree in Business Management from the Eller College of Management. She joined Lee & Associates in 2024 as the team's new Marketing Director to organize and manage marketing materials, maintain brand consistency, and support business development efforts. She brings a creative mindset and a fresh perspective, allowing her to approach challenges with innovative solutions. She is efficient in Adobe InDesign, regularly updates marketing reports, and plays a key role in organizing and maintaining accurate real estate marketing data.
Outside of work, she loves to travel, spend time with friends/family and hangout with her dog.
