Ken is a graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Real Estate (Magna Cum Laude). Ken concentrates his brokerage business in the Central Phoenix and Southeast Valley markets with a diverse practice that covers tenant/landlord representation, land development and building sales. With over 28 years of brokerage experience, Ken has
worked on 20 spec industrial projects totaling 5.48 MSF with another 12 projects under construction or planned (9.2 MSF). ground-up industrial developments bringing a vast knowledge of the functional attributes of industrial product.
Ken is married to his high-school sweetheart, they have four amazing children together.
Chris is a 30-year veteran of commercial real estate in Phoenix, Arizona. As a licensed real estate agent and a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Chris specializes in leasing, sales, and development of industrial buildings and business parks. Chris has extensive
knowledge of the overall market dynamics, tenants and developers, in addition to construction knowledge, development proformas and negotiations. These qualities and an extreme work ethic have enabled him to be a well-respected agent in the market.
When Chris isn’t grinding industrial real estate, you will find him outdoors, cycling, trail running, swimming or fly fishing.

Blake Peters

Blake began his real estate career at The City of Industry Lee & Associates office while earning his bachelor’s degree in Business Management & Marketing from Northern Arizona University. After graduation, Blake relocated back to Arizona and joined the Lee & Associates Arizona research team where he excelled at market research. Blake joined the
Mc2 team in 2021 and through prioritizing client relationships and pounding pavement to attract new business, he quickly paved his path to associate. Blake is acutely aware of market conditions including rental rates and construction costs and has a special focus on building sales and tracking tenant renewals and movements.
Blake is dedicated to fitness and can often be found training for and participating in triathlons around the West Coast.
Jack is a graduate from the University of Minnesota-Duluth where he played football and earned a degree in Communications. He began his career as a Research Analyst at Lee & Associates Phoenix in 2021 and has since progressed to become an Associate with the Mc2 Team in 2024. Jack’s strong work ethic and expertise in landlord/tenant representation, development and sales have made him a valuable asset. His specialization lies in leasing and sales within the Sky Harbor and Southeast Valley submarkets, where his keen understanding of market dynamics enables him to provide clients with insightful and analytic guidance.
When Jack isn’t at the office or in the field, he loves to spend time hiking and being with family and friends.

Ashlei is a Psychology graduate of Arizona State University and holds an MBA from Northcentral University, with an emphasis in marketing. She specializes in brand management, marketing exposure, content creation, research, and analytics. Ashlei is a creative visionary, tenacious, and she has never met a stranger. Her background in
marketing and promotions, coupled with her zeal to see projects from concept to fruition, makes her a powerful ally for clients and industry professionals alike.
